Comfort Keepers, a leading in-home care agency, is seeking a Scheduling Care Coordinator to help us ensure clients are receiving the highest quality of care and customer satisfaction by building and managing relationships with clients, caregivers, and communities. What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure clients receive optimized levels of care to ensure favorable customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and coordinate care plans, adjustments, and special requests to all stakeholders
  • Scheduling of team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to plan
  • Maintains a professional and respectful work environment consistent with Comfort Keepers’ Core Values of caring, integrity, professionalism, teamwork, optimism, and adaptiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent Communication: You’ll need to be a confident communicator, both in-person and online. Someone who possesses a broad vocabulary and can use a great choice of words to convey clear and concise messages to clients and team members.
  • Empathy: Can understand client and caregiver needs, capable of building trust, can effectively and compassionately communicate and support team members, and can navigate conflict resolution while remaining objective.
  • Time Management: Uses independent discretion to manage work/schedule priority based on client and business needs and engages the proper resources to develop an effective and efficient schedule.
  • Compliance: Willing to follow policy and procedures of Comfort Keepers as well as following all HIPAA regulations and standards and any other laws and regulatory agencies.
  • Integrity: You can build trust with clients and team members by being an honest and morally upright individual.
  • Accountability: Own your work. You take responsibility for your behavior and impact on those interacting with you. You are transparent, a hard worker, and own up to your mistakes.
  • Collaboration: You will need to be comfortable working on a diverse team which may include caregivers, clients, client care coordinators, HR, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure an excellent experience for clients and highly motivated, engaged caregivers.
  • Experience: Background in customer service, recruitment, or scheduling. Can work well under time constraints and can efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and Google programs.
