• Passionate and committed about helping others in need
• Able to build close bonds and relationships with clients
• Must be able to follow verbal/written directions
• Experienced or a strong will to learn
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Proficient communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• CNA/GNA/Med-Tech Certifications preferred, but not required
