Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Provides friendly companionship and engagement
• Provide assistance with "aging in place," remaining independent, including grooming, meal preparation, shopping & running errands, laundry and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing/showering, dressing, mobility assistance/transfers, incontinence care/toileting, feeding and med. reminders
• Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shop, grocery store, etc.
• Document and communicate activities. Submit time sheet.

Caregiver Job Requirements:

• Previous Home Health, Home Care, Hospice and/or Personal Care experience
• A passion for the job and genuine desire to help seniors
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Mid-Cities Area (NRH, Hurst, Euless and Bedford) and surrounding areas
• Auto insurance & registration in your name
• Ability to pass background check
• Must provide work references

Position Physical Requirements: The position requires light physical excursion and reoccurring basis, such as driving, assisting client in activities and light housekeeping. Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to reach and lift. Lifting only up to 25 pounds is permitted and may be required.
