- Good Driving Habits: Many clients request transportation during shifts. A valid driver license, auto insurance, and a safe vehicle are crucial to providing comprehensive care for our clients, assisting with appointments and errands, but also ensuring you can get to work every day.
- Proficient and Professional: When you find yourself in unfamiliar or unsure territory, we can know that you are confident, calm, and collected, but also willing to take direction and learn new skills to help you grow in your role.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Follow each client's Plan of Care, offering personalized services to seniors, convalescents, and adults of different abilities
- Monitor and report changes in client health and condition
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing to clients
- Provide enriching and engaging interactions for clients, one on one
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance
- Authorization to work in the US
- Submit to a Background Check covering Criminal and Motor Vehicle history
- Submit to Drug Testing
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Direct Support Professional, Personal Care Aide, Med Tech, or CNA--your experience is invaluable. You are an important part of keeping our seniors engaged, happy, and healthy, so you will find we have one of the highest compensation rates in town. Positions Available: In-Home Caregiver with Part-Time to Full-time Eligibility.
Pay: Starting from $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:

Work Location: Multiple Locations in Portland Metro Area, Gresham, Beaverton and Tigard.
