We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The position is currently a part time role but may increase in hours in the future! What will your role be?

As a Comfort Keepers Home Health Nurse, you'll work under the guidance of our Client Services Manager to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Using your expertise in nursing, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism are maintained at all times. This is a part time position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required, with home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.

What will you be doing?

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care, maintaining accurate documentation throughout.
• Communicate effectively with clients, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established procedures.
• Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism.
• Uses your active listening and critical thinking skills to make a positive difference in your clients' lives.

Where will you be working?

• Our primary office is in Traverse City, with a sister office in Petoskey.
• You'll be visiting client homes, which are across the Grand Traverse, Wexford, Benzie, and Leelanau Counties. We will work with you regarding your client's locations. We support seniors in Traverse City, Lake Ann, Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, Northport, Beulah, Frankfort, Cadillac, Kingsley, and the surrounding hometowns.
