Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping
• Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
• Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.

Min. Requirements:

• Companionship and/or Personal Care experience with seniors
• A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
• Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within Mid-Cities Area (Hurst, Euless and Bedford) and surround area
• Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
• References 

Position Physical Requirements: The position requires light physical excursion and reoccurring basis, such as driving, assisting client in activities and light housekeeping. Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to reach and lift. Lifting only up to 25 pounds is permitted and may be required. 

Comfort Keepers prefers candidates do in-person interviews and applicants have previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
