Job Summary:  

As a Territory Manager for Comfort Keepers, you will oversee and grow your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, holding your team accountable, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the agency, clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, while developing a team that meets the needs of all parties involved. 

 

Our Territory Managers: 

  • Implement and oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care satisfaction. 
  • Lead, develop, train, and mentor staff to foster professional growth. 
  • Oversee the quality of care delivered, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.  
  • Perform regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their satisfaction and address any concerns. 
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective implementation of client care plans. 
  • Oversee the scheduling team and assignment of caregivers to clients, ensuring the best match based on client needs. 
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports, covering sales, client satisfaction, and operational metrics. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field OR minimum of 5 years of business management experience. 
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, additional software). 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Possess flexibility and creativity in identifying and solving problems. 
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and exhibit strong attention to detail.  
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills, particularly for handling phone interactions. 
  • Positive, professional attitude and team player mindset. 
  • Skilled at building relationships with people from diverse and varied backgrounds.
