Professional Caregivers - Immediate hours for end-of-life case

We are looking for Professional Caregivers to join our team! We have a new case that requires additions to our team!!

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs that join us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles (transfers)
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, assisting with personal care
• Helping the family by doing laundry, cleaning the home
• Maintain records of patient care, take notes on condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor 
• Build relationships with patients (ex. by conversing or reading aloud) and their families

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Three years prior professional experience with hospice 
• Driver’s license required, reliable vehicle
• Good work references
