Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment through light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support clients with ambulation and transfers as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor.
