Responsibilities:

Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping & organization
Meal preparation
Transportation (appointments or grocery shopping)
Personal care
Companionship
Open Communication
Private Duty Nursing (if CNA is delegated)

In Home Caregiver Requirements:

CNA or HCA license, OR actively enrolling in classes to become a CNA or HCA within 120 days of hire (per Washington state law)
Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle
Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
