Our 100+ caregivers serve Greater Fort Worth, including the neighborhoods of Westover Hills/Shady Oaks, River Crest, Park Hill, Westworth Village, River Oaks, Ridglea, the TCU area and even the nearby towns of Lake Worth, White Settlement, Benbrook, Aledo, and Azle!

As a caregiving professional on our team, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort & privacy of their own homes to ensure they are living the most positive and purposeful lives possible. Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting / changing, repositioning 
• Companionship: establish open communication and build trust, develop friendly relationships with seniors' families
• Help seniors with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry and organization
• Accompany seniors to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits
• Assist with transfers if they use a wheelchair or walker 
• Encourage activity and movement
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, hobbies and interests
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

Desired Caregiver applicants will meet the following min. requirements:

• At least ten (10) years of professional caregiving experience. Strong preference for >15yrs. 
• Hands-on, prior experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Smart phone
• Submit to criminal background investigation, motor vehicle driving record
• Submit to pre-employment drug screening and reference checks
