Are you an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who loves helping others? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Petoskey, Michigan! This role is at the heart of what we do—matching caregivers with clients to ensure they receive the care they need while supporting our incredible team of caregivers.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule caregivers based on client needs, availability, and skills.

Handle last-minute changes with a sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.

Keep open communication with caregivers, clients, and families.

Ensure all schedules and records are accurate and up to date.

Provide outstanding customer service with kindness and professionalism.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED + 2 years of related experience (or equivalent).

Ability to pass a background check.

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

Comfortable with a mix of office work and occasional field visits.
