Home Care HR Recruiting Coordinator

Comfort Keepers in Montclair NJ is looking for highly motivated individual / self-starter for a human resources recruiter and coordinator.

This position is for Human Resource Recruiter and Coordinator

Duties Include:

• Recruiting and Retaining qualified caregivers and administrative staff
• Evaluating candidates
• Onboarding new employees including paperwork and assistance with training
• Quality assurance of employee paperwork to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation
• Occasional on-call duties 
• Reports directly to the owner
• Prior experience in a Home Care Setting is preferred.

Other job requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Legal to work in USA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 25 lbs
