About Us: Comfort Keepers is a dedicated and compassionate home care provider committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler/HR Generalist.

The Role: As the Scheduler/HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in scheduling our clients while also supporting our caregiving staff. This unique position combines the responsibilities of scheduling and coordinating care services with overseeing human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient caregiver schedules to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate schedule changes and handle emergencies with ease.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new caregivers and staff.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee relations.
  • Monitor and optimize scheduling and HR processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred) or relative experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in scheduling within a healthcare or home care setting preferred, and 2 years in an HR role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Highly computer literate, with strong proficiency in scheduling software, HR management systems, and general office applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional travel to client homes or other locations as needed.
  • Participation in the after-hours on-call schedule as back up to the afterhours company, paid and shared among team members.

Rate of pay DOE: $26-$28 +++ performance incentives.
