Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Provide senior companionship and assistance 
• Help with daily activities (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders 
• Laundry and light housekeeping
• Assist with running errands and provide transportation (doctor’s appointments, beauty shops, etc.) 
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, feeding and other services

Caregiver Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years companionship and/or personal care experience or equivalent
• Willingness to drive 10-20 miles 
• Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance, registration and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and work-related references
• Willingness to submit to drug testing or screening 

Position Physical Requirements: The position requires light physical exertion on a reoccurring basis, such as driving, assisting client in activities and light housekeeping. Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to reach and lift. Lifting only up to 25 pounds is permitted and may be required.
