RN Responsibilities:

  • Plays a key role in building trust with potential clients by conducting initial care consultations to identify their needs, including medical conditions, personal care requirements, and physical, emotional, and social factors.
  • Proactively manages client relationships by using independent judgment to resolve issues, enhance support, ensure quality, and anticipate changes in care needs.
  • Conducts regular assessment of current clients, identifying any safety concerns and providing recommendations as needed.
  • Provides nursing oversight for caregivers and facilitates the training of new hires to ensure high-quality care standards.
  • Provides hands-on skills training for caregivers and gives formal approval upon successful completion to ensure competency and adherence to care standards.
  • Performs regular supervisory visits for both caregivers and clients to maintain strong relationships, assess care quality, and address any concerns or changes as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with state regulatory requirements and regulations in all aspects of patient care and documentation.
  • Handles medication management and performs nursing tasks as required.
  • Provides guidance to families, helping them navigate care choices for their loved ones.
  • Collaborates with the client care team and sales team to ensure a seamless continuum of high-quality care.


Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Multistate, active RN license.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is required.
  • Previous work within the geriatric population is a plus.
  • A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, additional software)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable, responsible, nurturing, and caring attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in an office environment.
