Caregiver Requirements

To be considered for our open senior caregiver jobs at Comfort Keepers, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Home Care Aide Registry, and Clearance 
  • TB Clearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A reliable vehicle and current insurance
  • Not required but strongly considering candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions

Caregiver Duties

A caregiver on our team will help your senior loved one with basic household tasks, medication reminders, personal care, and more specialized care such as dementia care. All team members are trained to:

  • Create and execute quality but flexible care plans that meet the changing needs of senior clients
  • Communicate honestly and professionally with elderly clients and their family members
  • Exercise their knowledge of the local communities to keep senior clients active and engaged
