Comfort Keepers' home care community is continuously growing with skilled caregivers and wonderful people. We're looking for skilled candidates and care employees who can work their way into becoming a more seasoned caregiver. Our professional caregivers provide compassionate care, respite care, and hospice care across Gainesville and the surrounding areas to seniors who are in need of this assistance.
While most of our Gainesville home health aides work on our caregiver's team, we do have other career opportunities. You can be a receptionist, a client care coordinator, or a marketing coordinator. Regardless of your position, you will have a rewarding career while positively impacting the lives of many seniors in and around the Gainesville area.

Great Place to Work Institute has honored Comfort Keepers with a Great Place to Work certification! The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Comfort Keepers locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, the belief that their work makes a difference, and the feeling their work has special meaning.
What distinguishes Comfort Keepers' home health aides from those employed by other senior home care agencies? By giving protection, comfort, and safety to the elderly and their families and encouraging involvement in daily activities, we boost the human spirit. We also offer our caregivers the option of working in patient care or a home caregiver job in a flexible and lucrative environment.
As an experienced Comfort Keeper caregiver, you can form meaningful relationships with your clients and improve their quality of life by performing tasks "with" rather than "for" seniors living at home. By providing moments of joy, connection, and purpose, we help seniors thrive and achieve higher levels of well-being as a group.
For more than 20 years, Comfort Keeper's home care team has provided the greatest quality in-home care to those requiring daily chores. Our caregivers visit clients' homes after receiving care training (including infection control training) to help elders attain a higher quality of life through home care, companionship, and small moments of delight.
