Whether you're looking for a part-time caregiver job or the beginning of a long-term career, we have something for you. We're looking for caring men and women who wish to work as health aides to help others. Learn why so many individuals want to be a part of the Comfort Keepers team:

  • Alternatives to Scheduling
  • The money is fair, and the work is gratifying because it allows you to aid others.
  • Professional Development Possibilities
  • The most significant time to establish a home career in health care is right now.
  • Two of the most significant components of the job are health care and educational instruction.

Great Place to Work Institute has honored Comfort Keepers with a Great Place to Work certification! The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Comfort Keepers locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, the belief that their work makes a difference, and the feeling their work has special meaning.

Our Mission

What distinguishes Comfort Keepers' home health aides from those employed by other senior home care agencies? We build the human spirit by delivering security, comfort, and safety to the elderly and their families and promoting involvement in daily activities. We also allow our caregivers to work in a flexible and lucrative setting as patient care or home caregiver.

As an experienced Comfort Keeper caregiver, you will be able to develop meaningful relationships with your clients and improve their quality of life by performing duties "with" rather than "for" seniors living at home. By delivering moments of joy, connection, and purpose, we help seniors thrive and attain higher levels of well-being as a group.

Senior Citizens' Services

For more than 20 years, Comfort Keeper's home care team has given the most fantastic quality in-home care to those who require assistance with daily duties. After acquiring care training (including infection control), our caregivers visit clients' homes to help elders attain a higher quality of life through home care, companionship, and small moments of delight. The following is an example of a caregiver job description:

  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Conversation and companionship
  • I have specific errands to accomplish before leaving an immaculate environment, and traveling to and from doctor's visits (or organizing telemedicine sessions) is a problem (or arranging food delivery) (or arranging grocery delivery)
  • Family caregivers benefit from respite care.
  • They assist with personal hygiene, such as cleaning, dressing, grooming, and reminding clients to take their medications on time.
  • Assisting with feeding and other chores that come regularly
  • Maintaining a record of your client's health and telling your supervisor of any changes
  • Assisting with dementia or Alzheimer's care
